Quality Real-Time Data

Our talented GIS professionals create and maintain a real-time geographic information system for gathering, managing, and analyzing project data. This database creates permit letters, stores all pertinent owner data, tracks the status of each permit and individual tract, both on the surface and mineral side, produces project status maps, and creates on-demand spreadsheets and shapefiles with owner contact info, permit status and conditions for clients and field crews.

PROCESS DRIVEN ACCOUNTING

Our database, along with our dedicated accounting personnel, can accurately manage the permit payments for each project, with full cost tracking, including 1099 & IRS reporting documents, at the clients elective.

COMPLETE DELIVERABLES

We prepare deliverables for clients, including mapping with GIS shapefiles and datasets for all aspects of the project, surface and mineral ownership databases, aerial photography, topo maps, and reports.

SURFACE AGENTS

Our surface agents interface directly with landowners, through phone calls, emails, and in face-to-face meetings. They will explain the activities that take place on the property during the different phases of the project, so that the landowners gain a developed understanding of what is happening during each step of the process.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

We understand the key role that good working relationships with the landowners plays on reducing any potential negative impacts to the timeline or costs of the project with problems arise.

FIELD SUPPORT PERSONNEL

During the surveying, drilling, and recording phases of your project, DAS can provide dedicated crew support personnel, who will work hand in hand with each facet of the operation.

ON-SITE MANAGEMENT

Our agents will attend daily meetings and be out in the field with the crews as they work, making sure permit stipulations are followed, addressing problems as they arise, and acting as liaisons between the landowners and the crews.
